Financial Audit for the ESPISP II Project
The Republic of Lebanon represented by the Presidency of the Council of Ministers has received a Grant (#TF092582) from the International Development Association (IDA) –World Bank, and intends to apply part of the proceeds of this grant to payments under the contract for The Provision of Financial Audit for the ESPISP II Project which is being implemented by the Fiduciary Operations Team (FOT) under the supervision of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers.
The services include the carrying out of Financial Audit for the ESPISP II – FOT Project Financial Statements over a period of two fiscal years with the first fiscal year starting on January 01, 2013;
The Fiduciary Operations Team now invites eligible consultants to indicate their interest in providing these services. Interested consultants must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (brochures, description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, general qualifications and number of key staff, and so forth). Consultants may associate to enhance their qualifications.
A consultant will be selected in accordance with the procedures set out in the World Bank’s Guidelines: Selection and Employment of Consultants by World Bank Borrowers, May 2004, revised October 1, 2006.

Expressions of interest must be delivered to the address below by COB February 10, 2014.
